These guys don't mess around, I had an offer on my home within 2 hours of submitting my information on their site and it was more than I had expected for my home considering it wasn't in show quality condition. For the record, they didn't charge me one single fee for this transaction as they promised. The icing on the cake is they even paid for my entire move to my new property!
